01 / Into the depths

One more wave.
One more floor.

Steel, spells, and a friend at your side. Every descent is a reason to see how far your party can go.

  • Stand together. Fight your way through.

Combine melee, arrows, and magic against waves of enemies. Defeat the boss to open the way down.

  • Your hero. Your hard-earned loot.

Claim individual gear from chests and bosses. Gain levels, grow stronger, and earn new titles.

  • Down doesn’t mean out.

Stay close to a fallen teammate to revive them. A good party brings everyone back into the fight.

  • The next floor won’t be kinder.

Take the portal into deeper crypts and catacombs, where enemies grow stronger with every floor.

02 / Meet your party

Three ways to face the dark.

A blade, a bow, a spark of something dangerous. Find your role in the party.

Before you descend

A few good answers.

When can I play, and what do I need?

Ascenfell is coming soon to Steam, for 64-bit Windows 10 and 11. Playing together uses your Steam friends: there’s no port forwarding to configure.

Can I play on my own?

Yes. Host a game and start a run with one hero, or invite up to two friends.

What happens if the game crashes?

On the next launch after an unclean exit, the game automatically sends the end of the previous session’s log, game/build and OS versions, and session start time to help diagnose the problem. Logs may include player names or other session details. Read our privacy policy for more information.

Do you collect my data?

Very little: no ads, no analytics, no tracking cookies. Only crash reports reach us, and we delete them after 180 days. Read the full privacy policy.
